In our previous blog, we talked about the challenges we face when receiving or presenting with feedback, and how to overcome them. Now, what’s the next step? What do we do with the feedback received? We iterate. In reference to the feedback received, we try to implement the necessary changes we need in our performance, personality, and work productivity, in order to reach a better outcome.
Now, it is easy for me to ask you to change, but we know how hard it is to actually implement it. But, the least I could help you with, is present you with a fool-proof path to follow. Sticking to this path has helped me grow tremendously, and I’m sure it will help you too.
Be Dissatisfied With Your Performance
Dissatisfaction is not a sign of failure, nor is it a sign of a defect in your performance and character. It is how one paves the way to even greater success in their career. The feeling of “this could be better” is something you must not ignore. It is important to be dissatisfied with your work, because that is how one points out the flaws, leaving room for success and further improvement.
Dissatisfaction is a way to be brave, challenge your current methods, and make greater progress.
Find Your Vision
Now, you know what to improve, but do you know how much? What is the vision that you want to achieve? 5 years from now, where do you want to be? If you are dissatisfied with where you are now, you need to figure out what it is that will get actually give you satisfaction and success, and the plan to get there.

Take the first leap
Once you figure out where you want to be, the only thing left to begin your journey is to actually begin. The first step is what gets an individual from beginning a business to building an empire. Every source of inspiration around the world began from somewhere, but it is because they took the first steps toward their goals that helped them attain success and be where they are today.
Be consistent
A life-changing transformation does not occur in a single day. Success does not come in a single day. But once you continue forward with the first step taken, you are bound to one day finally reach your desired vision. The urge to be consistent, and to reach your vision, must always be greater than the resistance to quitting. Your goals must be stamped into your mind, for you to be completely aligned with your vision, and away from distractions.

Conclusion
I said it in the beginning, and I will reiterate it here again. This journey is not easy. It takes years and not months for an individual to reach the desired vision they always longed for. But, the effort is always worth it. The longing is always worth it. The uncomfortable situations will always be worth it. Once you finally be where you want to be, you will continue to look back and thank the struggles that you had to face, to help you be where you would be that day.
